Sherry Rais

Sherry Rais, CEO and Co-Founder of Enthea, has helped dozens of organizations raise funds, operate according to their mission and values, and implement processes that enhance their overall efficiency. Dedicated to reducing human suffering, she is now focused on her role at Enthea, a licensed third-party administrator of health plan benefits. Enthea’s mission is to make innovative mental health treatments, starting with ketamine-assisted therapy, accessible and affordable. With a solid background in international development, Sherry previously consulted for the United Nations and World Bank, leading poverty reduction programs in over 35 countries. She holds a master’s degree in public policy from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s in psychology and international development from McGill University. Completing a Certificate in Psychedelic Therapies at CIIS in 2021 further equipped her for her current focus. Additionally, she is the Executive Director of the Boston Psychedelic Research Group and a Strategic Advisor for the California Institute of Integral Studies.
