Andrea Twitchell

Ms. Andrea Taahaabaah Twitchell has been weaving over 16 years of professional and personal development in the fields of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Her professional career began with her training in Therapeutic Massage and Somatic Polarity Therapy. Ms. Twitchell has extensive knowledge in physiology, anatomy, and energetic modalities focusing primarily on regulating the nervous system, connecting the mind and body. In the Spring of 2012 Ms. Twitchell graduated with a double major in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of New Mexico. She continued her education in obtaining a dual Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling and Art Therapy from Southwestern College, Santa Fe, NM (2018). Taahaabaah integrates her education with the perspective of her Indigenous heritage and culture as a Diné (Navajo) woman. She specializes in understanding the value of shadow work and reconciling the inner child. For the past 4+ years, Taahaabaah has been mentoring with various sacred plant Medicine Teachers such as psilocybin, Ayahuasca, San Pedro (mescaline), Bufo Alverius (5-MEO_DMT), and Tobacco. She has formed a sacred connection to each of these Sacred Medicine Teachers and she holds sacred ceremony in service to humanity. As of the summer of 2023 she has been fruiting a vision from a Hopi Prophecy that was gifted to her as a young woman. It has developed into a non-profit organization called “The Medicine Way,” a spiritual holistic community intended to bridge the heart and the mind in building a future that reflects balance and harmony, Hózhó.
