Ariel is the founder and director of Gender Illumination (www.genderillumination.com) and CEO of Shine Diversity (www.shinediversity.com). For the past 20 years Ariel has facilitated trainings, workshops, retreats, and written curriculum and policy for organizations, corporations, non-profits, schools, health care providers, universities, and faith-based communities across the U.S.A and internationally. Ariel has facilitated Belonging and Access Trainings for psychedelic therapists and leaders to ensure psychedelic healing reaches and benefits resilient identity communities. Ariel is a published author in Queering Psychedelics and coined the term Psychedelic Privilege. Ariel is the co-founder of Queerdome - the first ever queer centered psychedelic harm reduction, an ordained Kohenet Priestess and spiritual leader with a graduate degree from the Pacific School of Religion, and a proud graduate of the AWE Psychedelic Therapy Training Program.
