Karina Bashir
Karina Bashir is an accomplished attorney and thought leader with a specialized focus on the intersection of law, business ethics, and psychedelics. As counsel with Antithesis Law, PC, she provides guidance on a range of core business and regulatory services, including corporate formation, contract review and drafting, insurance advice, dispute resolution, and fractional general counsel services. Karina is deeply committed to advancing best practices and fostering public trust to enhance accountability and transparency within the psychedelic industry. Her legal practice encompasses emerging issues in the psychedelic arena alongside Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) regulatory, enforcement, and litigation issues, AML and FCPA compliance and internal investigations, as well as international human rights. Karina sits on the Board of Directors of the Psychedelic Bar Association and is a steward of the Religious Use Committee. She is a Fulbright Scholar and Gates Cambridge Scholar, holding a Juris Doctor from UC Berkeley School of Law and a Master of Philosophy in International Relations from the University of Cambridge.
