Marta Camagna
Marta Camagna’s practice, as an M.A. graduate in Art Education, focuses on decolonialism, art therapy, and visual education to question the ethics of representation. Her work intersects creativity, education, and media-oriented research, addressing social and political issues within communities. Marta believes in the transformative power of art to engage individuals and foster meaningful dialogue through psychedelic experiences. With creative programs at Fotodok and Melkweg in the Netherlands, she explores innovative ways to use visual education as a tool for challenging prevailing narratives and promoting decolonial perspectives to create inclusive spaces where diverse voices are heard. She is Chacruna’s Indigenous Reciprocity Initiative Support Intern.
