Tony Martin

As a psychedelic guide and Program Director at the UC Berkeley Center for the Science of Psychedelics, Tony supports healing and growth at individual, community, and systemic levels, creating inclusive opportunities and developing initiatives that foster equity and collective well-being. With a Master of Social Work and certifications from UC Berkeley, Fluence, and Spirit Rock, Tony provides equitable psychedelic care by blending therapeutic approaches, Buddhist principles, and a profound respect for ancestral entheogenic traditions. His commitment to anti-oppressive, culturally conscious community engagement is rooted in his experiences as a member of the LGBTQ+ community and a passion for creating inclusive, transformative spaces for personal and communal healing. Tony’s impact is shaped by years of experience in strategic organizational development for global brands and social impact. He is also co-founder of Lilypad Collective, a dynamic mycelial network dedicated to fostering deep social impact through a community-centric ecosystem that eschews traditional hierarchical frameworks.
